Summary of the General Conditions of Sale of Trusted Sellers on Gemsquar

Before purchasing Items from our Trusted Sellers on our Platform, we invite you to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale of Trusted Sellers available on the validation page of your order. By validating your purchase order, you confirm and accept the general conditions of sale of Trusted Sellers. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not complete your purchase.

To be able to purchase on our Gemsquar Platform, you must:

• Be eighteen (18) years old on the date of creation of your customer account.
• Accept the Gemsquar General Conditions of Use.
• Accept the Trusted Sellers Terms and Conditions.
• Accept the Gemsquar Privacy Policy.
• Use a unique and valid email address for each Gemsquare account.

Purchasing Procedure

To place an order, the Buyer must open a customer account on Gemsquar, add items to their basket, enter and validate their billing and delivery address, validate their means of payment and validate the order after acceptance of the conditions of sale of the Trusted Sellers as well as the general conditions of use of the Gemsquar Platform and the Gemsquar Privacy Policy.

The standard shipping time for an item is three (3) days from the placing of the order or the date of completion of the item when it is made to order, or after validation of conformity of the item. the item at its retail by Gemsquar, unless an additional period is indicated by the Trusted Seller or by Gemsquar.

Gemsquare Safe-Buy Option

Benefit from additional control of your purchase thanks to our Safe-Buy Option.

As part of the Safe-Buy Option, Gemsquar carries out an authenticity check on the Items put on sale by Trusted Sellers in order to verify the conformity of the Item with the description provided during the sale, according to the procedure detailed in Articles 15.2 and 15.3 of the T&Cs.

A certificate of authenticity is provided by Gemsquar when the item conforms to the description provided by the Trusted Seller. The certificate of authenticity means that Gemsquar considers, on the basis of the photographs, the description of the item and the expertise of the item within our offices, that the item conforms to the description provided by the Seller of Trust.

payment methods

Payment methods accepted on Gemsquar are credit cards and bank cards through our online payment partner Stripe, as well as bank transfers directly to Gemsquar's account. Bank transfer details are sent to the Buyer upon validation of their order or by email after validation of the order.

Buyers can also pay for their order directly with the Trusted Seller in store if they wish to collect their purchase in store. To do this, buyers can use our in-store payment solution during the checkout process on our Gemsquare platform. This guarantees the reservation and availability of their purchase for a period of 48 hours.

Withdrawal and Return

Buyers have the right to withdraw within three (3) days following receipt of their order at their delivery address. They can exercise this right by sending an e-mail to Gemsquar, info@gemsquar.com , within three (3) days of receipt of their package.

In the event of withdrawal within the deadlines mentioned above, Buyers are required to return the package to Gemsquar or the Trusted Seller in perfect condition and in the same conditions as upon receipt. Return costs, including insurance, will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Upon receipt of the order in perfect condition by Gemsquar or by the Trusted Seller, Gemsquar undertakes to fully reimburse the buyer within 72 hours of receipt of the package. The refund will be made directly to the bank account provided by the buyer.

Trusted Sellers on Gemsquar undertake to sell authentic items and not offer counterfeit items for sale or commit acts of unfair competition.

By listing their items on the Gemsquar platform, Trusted Sellers undertake to sell original items, whether new or used, and not to sell counterfeit, dangerous or fraudulent products.

Changes to Terms

Gemsquar or the Trusted Sellers reserve the right to update, at any time, the general conditions of use of the Gemsquar Platform, the general conditions of sale of the Trusted Sellers as well as the conditions of the Gemsquar confidentiality policy .
